These kits are distributed by 3C-REN to participating library locations througout Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obisbo counties. Members of the public can check out kits at their local library, use the materials at home, and return the kit back to the library to be checked out again. Induction cooktops are a great way to try cooking with a safer, more efficient, climate-friendly technology. Induction cooktops have many benefits over gas and electric ranges. They cook faster, temperature is more precise and easier to control, and they eliminate the indoor air pollution of gas appliances.
